Refund policy

We hope you love your Ferrellmade finds! Because we are a small business with limited inventory, eligible returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

FINAL SALE

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings
• Permanent jewelry
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Sale items or items discounted 20% or more
• Gift cards

For hygiene reasons, all jewelry items are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Ferrellmade within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
